Hell yes beginners can join! As much as we love and thrive developing high level extreme sports athletes, some of the most rewarding transformations have been introducing someone to a world of constant progression and satisfaction.
If we do our jobs properly you don’t just get fit and strong, you get an education and eventually you won’t ‘need’ us to coach you.. but you’ll still want us. -
We will decide this after our consultation call - it can be anywhere from once a week to 7 days a week.

Remote training is posible without a gym, for example home workouts and calisthenics are an option if you aren’t able to access a gym or life is just too busy to find the time.
Setting a program for someone to follow is the easy part: tailoring it to their goals and making sure they’re eating at right things at the right times in the right amounts is what separates maintenance from progression.

Working around injuries is somewhat of a forte for us.

Hell yeah! International coaching and continuation isn’t a problem.
Anywhere in the world we can figure out a time that suits to communicate, alter training styles/adapt to what you like or don’t like, what’s too challenging or too easy, what you’re eating etc.
Physical development plans need CONSTANT monitoring and adaptation to keep the body guessing and stimulating change before a plateau is reached. If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you. -
This is completely up to you. It can be as long as you want, or as quick as you want. Not everyone wants to stand on stage like a fitness model.
If you train for aesthetics we’ll train you for aesthetics. If health is your goal we’d focus on that. If losing weight is your goal, and so forth….. all of these things are achieved if we focused on strength.
It’s down to what you put in your mouth the other 23 hours of the day that makes your hard work worth it.
